Proposal

Upon completion of the feasibility analysis, you will be presented with a formal proposal from SPECS for conducting a comprehensive cost segregation study. This proposal will outline the pricing and timeline for the study to be completed.

Document Gathering

Once the proposal is signed, we will reach out to you or your support staff to collect any additional documentation necessary for conducting the study. This may include depreciation schedules, detailed property descriptions, construction schedules, and other relevant information. Study Delivered
